A digital product can be downloaded instantly after payment confirmation.  It’s affordable and allows freedom for the customer to print on any material they choose.  It’s a quick way to update décor and has no shipping fees.  Invitations can also be shared via social media, instant message or email instead of being printed which is fantastic for the environment

At this time we do not currently offer a printing service.

Yes, your order is available to be edited up to 48hrs after purchase free of charge.  Just go into orders in your account and click on edit. 

Please check your email address that you registered with us.  A email is sent after purchase with a link to your download.  Alternatively check ‘My Orders’  in your account on the website.

You can upload a photo to personalise your design by clicking ‘customise’ on the design you wish to edit from the product page. Once in the customiser screen, click on the image button from the menu on the left hand side, then click ‘upload photo’. 

The file needs to be JPEG or PNG format. You are able to crop the image within the customiser to fit your design. Please note that the photo upload option is not available on mobile devices.  

Certainly, just click on the desired information you want to change making sure it’s highlighted.  Start typing or use the text boxes on the side of the screen.  Please note that some text is part of the actual design and can not be changed.

When using the customiser on desktop, click on the first option from the menu on the left hand side. You can then type your text and click ‘Add’. On mobile & tablet, the same functionality is location below the customiser.

You can either print your order with your home printer or take the file into your local printers or use an online printing company.

You can enter your code/voucher at checkout, simply click on the prompt at the top of the checkout screen and then ‘Apply’.
